About Julian Reeve

Julian Reeve is an international keynote speaker helping leaders and organizations create Human Advantage in the age of AI.

His experiential presentations build and sustain differentiated contribution through identity, creativity, and judgment, creating impact that people trust, value, and remember.

Born and educated in Cambridge, England, his early career combined music, entrepreneurship, and live performance. He worked on more than twenty Broadway productions worldwide, including seven in London’s West End, while founding businesses across live entertainment, artist development, and human performance.

After moving to the United States, Julian became the music director for Hamilton, earning the Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Award for Best Music Direction. He conducted record-breaking productions in San Francisco and Washington D.C. before leading the Puerto Rico production alongside Lin-Manuel Miranda.

In 2017, while serving as Music Director for Hamilton, Julian experienced a stress-related heart attack at the age of 43. Two years later, a repetitive strain injury forced his retirement from performing altogether.

These experiences provoked a profound re-evaluation of the relationship between achievement, burnout, identity, and work design, and led to the development of his Intentional Synthesis™ and Perfect Equilibrium® frameworks.

Today, Julian’s work creates differentiated impact and sustainable performance in the age of AI.

His keynotes center on the simple belief that competitive advantage belongs to organizations who build and sustain Unmistakable Identity™.
