ABOUT JULIAN

Born and educated in Cambridge, England, Julian is an award-winning music director, seasoned entrepreneur, and international keynote speaker dedicated to inspiring a healthier approach to work and success.

His calls to organizations and employees to find Perfect Equilibrium™ have been heard on numerous stages around the world, with his methods featured in leading U.S. media including The Hill Newspaper, Fast Company Magazine, and the ABC, CBS, NBC Networks.

In addition to his work as a consultant and coach, Julian proudly sits on the Board of Advisors for HR.com’s Research Institute and their work on Employee Retention.

HIS STORY

In 2017, just after conducting a performance of the Broadway musical Hamilton, Julian experienced a heart attack.

He was 43 years old.

His body finally said no more to his incessant demand for business and personal success.

Realizing that he was just a number in an worldwide epidemic of stress and burnout, he began to develop more sustainable ways to achieve.

The methods he created became the foundations of his work today.
